The home is a single family home with three bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom in the basement. Available beds are in the upstairs. The home is not handicap accessible. The home has a 2 car attached garage and a deck that looks out to a small wooded area. It's in a residential area approximately one mile from varied restaurants, shopping centers and other services. The neighborhood is a mixture of young families and older retired people. It is south and west of junctions Hwy 210 and 371 off of County Road 48 in the area know as Southdale. City bus service is used for transportation to and from work.

Currently there are 2 males living in the home ages 51 and 55. All are very active in the community and both work in the community several days a week. Individuals have multiple diagnosis's which includes Mild ID, Impulse Control Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Bi-Polar, BI, Dementia and Schizophrenia, along with other health conditions. The individuals have a history of physical and verbal aggression, property destruction and law enforcement involvement. The home supports individuals with a variety of cultural and spiritual beliefs. Brentwood requires everyone be open-minded to the diversity within the home. Trained staff administer and monitor prescribed medications, psychotropic, treatments and over the counter medicines.
