Eaves Way is located in Dakota County in the city of Farmington. The site is 1 mile north of Rambling River Park. The home has a good sized lot and neighbors on all sides. It is a single family home, split level with large 2 car garage. Three bedrooms and a full size bathroom are in the upper level. One bedroom with a bathroom is in the lower level. This bathroom is equipped with a shower. The available bedroom is in the lower level. The home has a large deck next to the kitchen. The home does not have outside ramps or an accessible shower.

The individuals in this home are mixed gender. Ages are 57-72. Three of the individuals attend day programming; 2 full time, 1 part time. Each is diagnosed with mild to moderate ID with additional mental health diagnosis and other related conditions. Psychotropic and other medications are administered and monitored by trained staff who also provide medical treatment and therapies. Individuals in this home have a history of property destruction, verbal and physical aggression. The individuals target behaviors have been less frequent as they have increased their adaptive behaviors. Most of the time verbal prompts works well to deescalate.
