Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just off Interstate 35, 3 miles from downtown Owatonna. Home is rambler style and handicap accessible. This is home is an All-Female home. Current individuals have a history of seizures, schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, borderline personality, depression and impulse control. There is also a history of physical and verbal aggression though there has been little to no physical aggression with the individuals in this home for years.

There are voice activated alarms on the exterior doors and motion sensor alarm in the hallway outside of bedrooms. Currently the open bed is in the lower level. Current staffing is 4:2 during program hours of the day and 4:1 awake night staffing. All individuals attend a DT&H program Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Activities enjoyed by current individuals are: listening to music, going for walks, park and recreation activities, bowling, swimming, going to movies, dining out, etc. This is a busy, active home.
