The house is very spacious with many accessibility features including a single level living area, wider doorways, large accessible bathrooms and a roll in shower. There is also a Whirlpool bath with a hoyer lift so that persons with mobility impairments can access the tub and enjoy a relaxing whirlpool bath.

The opening is for either a male or female in a shared bedroom. Four women (59, 68, 70 and 71 years old) The current residents function in the moderate to profound level of intellectual disability. There are no significant behaviors and the folks who live in the home are a fun bunch who have lived together for many years and get along well. The residents enjoy getting out for walks, visiting the lake and shopping. At home they enjoy coloring, games, music, and sitting on the screened porch. The house is double staffed from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM Monday through Friday. There is also single staffing during the day on weekdays due to residents that have retired On the weekends there is double staffing from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and triple staffing on Saturday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Single awake overnight.
