This is a split level home so stairs are located near the front entrance and they lead to the upper and lower level of the home. The open bedroom is own the lower level. It is a large bedroom with its own private bathroom. There is a sweet house pet, Scully the cat, so potential persons need to be OK with sharing their house with a cat.
