Individuals rent their own apartment working with property management to secure a lease. Fraser provides the ICS Supports to help manage living independently. Individuals residing at the complex range in age from late 20's to mid 40's. The individuals are active in their community events and on site activities offered by Fraser. Virtual Tour Available

Support staff are available Monday through Friday from 2:00–10:00 p.m., with three staff members on duty, as well as weekends from 8a.–10p Overnight support is provided daily from 10p.–6a, with additional morning support available on weekdays from 6a-9a
