Location Overview

82nd is a welcoming co-ed home with three residents (two men and one woman, all over 30) and one open bed available. This is an active, on-the-go household for someone who enjoys getting out, trying new things, and being part of the community. Located in Brooklyn Park near numerous parks and green spaces, 82nd offers easy access to outdoor recreation and neighborhood amenities. As one of our newest homes — built within the last three years — it combines modern comfort with a warm, lively atmosphere. Residents are frequently out and about: visiting parks, taking road trips to Duluth and the lake, attending sporting events, enjoying music, and participating in our monthly HBI bowling outings at Park Tavern. The energy of this home centers on shared experiences, community connection, and staying active together. If you’re looking for a supportive, social, and adventure-minded environment, 82nd may be the perfect fit.
