Located in a beautiful Bloomington neighborhood, near schools and trails, this house is great for folks who enjoy music, sports, and community activities. Home currently serves individuals with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities. 24/7 awake staff oversight and assistance with ADL’s, medication administration, and any other basic needs that require assistance. 24/7 On-Call nursing assistance as well as 1-2 times a week on site LPN or RN visits.
